I've been talking a lot about starting business in this blog and how it can the The solution for job loss .Starting you own business is always possible even during the recession times and nothing can prevent you from fulfilling your dreams, but your mind.
The number one way we impair ourselves is by saying things like, "But, what if?" and imagining the worst. But, what if I . . . fail, succeed, say or do the wrong thing, don’t make enough money?
What would be worse: never leaping into an idea you’re passionate about because you’re afraid to fail, or leaping into that idea with all you’ve got, yet still possibly having to face failure?!.
Are you more committed to your dream or to your fear?.Start-up anxieties WILL NEVER disappear, but you can work on your resolve and readiness to go for something you believed and dream about to be catapulted into the forefront.
Early on, you may not have all the details figured out, which is why going to strategy too soon can actually hinder or limit your dream. Take it easy.
Here are four ways to overcome start up fears:
- Fear MUST BE placed in its proper place. Answer the question, "but, what ifs" for yourself. Your fear is a part of reality. Do not project your worst fears into your dream, other wise you’ll choose reality because it’s safer.Simply consider fear something to manage. and put your thoughts in writing.
- Don't fall into the voice of your "Doubter. keep away from going in endless circles and torturing yourself with mental twirls. Break out and talk with the smartest people you know. Get perspective. Engage with others who took the leap or chose not to. The input will be stimulating, and the next step(s) forward might reveal itself."
- Find you inner strength. Most entrepreneurs are eternal optimists,They envision success and tend to be enamored with their great idea and perhaps even themselves. Don't be preoccupied with failure, and be more certain of success. If you are more occupied by the fear of “failure,” Go back to Tip #1, the “What if” question, and visualize that you’re saying goodbye to your idea. You’re putting it to rest. is that a good decision or a bad one?
- Don’t plan on avoiding obstacles.Strategize on how you’re going to meet it. fill yourself with passion, in order to have the necessary fuel to escape the force of gravity that all start-ups are subject to.either move you forward or hold you back, your choice.
- Be aware strengths and weaknesses.
Starting your own small business could be one of the most enriching experiences of your life. Don’t let your fear of failure make you miss out.
